About us
THE DON Experiences

The editor rates selected cigars based on appearance, draw, flavour, tobacco age, and reseller quality.

Our founding editor, an avid cigar smoker and aficionado, helps us pick a bunch of logs to rate. Rated cigars are normal procured and properly humidified. Brought closer to their intended quality and blind tested with a GOODLIFE defined scale. This includes build quality (Visual Appearance, Draw and Quality of the burn), flavors (Aroma, Taste and Strength) and The Age of the tobacco (Intense, Normal Tobacco or Blunt). Occasionally we also put notes on resellers quality management. This also helps our readers which sellers they can trust to get a good smoke.
